When folks are grieving after suffering a loss or under stress, what do you say? All to often, we find that we may be at a loss of words in those situations. What can we say that would make a difference? In times like these we may say to a person suffering a loss, 'call if I can help,' or 'what can I do?' Their response is usually thank you, or I'll let you know. Generally nothing happens after that.
Coming from one spirit, the same Spirit, we need only act from that Spirit to make a difference and to provide comfort for them. Sometimes being a friend means just sitting there silently holding a hand.
