Following Elspeth’s earlier episode “A Journey Into Faith”, we now move on to teenage years, and Exeter university, where we discover that her Theology teacher was totally opposed to the Christian Union. No only that but in her Hall of residence there was one public telephone for all the girls to use.

Moving on to college to study librarianship, and then getting a job as a Children’s Book Editor in Scripture Union, she discovers a new and exciting development in her spiritual journey.
