It’s all around us, especially with every news bulletin we hear reporting the Omicron overload on hospitals, and the number of NHS staff at home isolating. Elspeth quotes some definitions of stress, and while putting WORRY at the head of the list, it’s interesting to see that cramming too much into every day, without decent “time out”, can cause stress.
