  • To My Darling, the Younger Me

Learn the Holy Power of “No.”
    My darling, learn this early:
    No is a complete sentence.
You do not owe everyone an explanation.
You do not have to write a dissertation every time you establish a boundary.
You do not have to defend every decision.

    You can simply say: No.
Say no to what is out of rhythm with your purpose.
Say no to what repeatedly drains your spirit.
Say no to what requires you to betray yourself.

Say no to what diminishes the person you are becoming.
And remember: A boundary is not cruelty.
    Sometimes distance is simply wisdom.

  • Choosing Presence.

    I chose Smiles,
    not explanations.
    I chose Presence,
    not defense.
    And
    I chose Music
    that carries my Simple Truth:
    I am Still Here,
    and
    I Still Believe in Life,
    and
I am Still Capable of Joy.

  • "Willingness is the Doorway to Growth."

“Willingness is the Doorway to Growth.”

Willingness is the first act of Change.

Action is where Transformation takes form. ~Luz Adames

Sometimes it is not a lack of knowing.

It is the quiet refusal—turning away

from what your soul already understands.

As a coach, I offer clarity where shadows cloud your path.

I place the tools in your hands,

showing how they may be used with intention, with grace,

and whispering the secrets the journey unveils.

But I cannot take the steps for you.

And I cannot choose the path for you.

As a matter of fact, no one—nobody—can do the inner work required for personal growth on your behalf.

You carry the power to rise.

You can claim the growth that is yours alone.

The transformation you seek is sacred, intimate, sovereign—

no one, no matter how devoted,

can walk inside this inner realm for you.

Those who truly wish to grow up, to rise, to become— They are the ones who are ready to Meet themselves Honestly; They are the ones who take Responsibility for their Own Becoming.

Willingness is the first act of Change.

Action is where Transformation takes form.

And remember: the path always answers

to those who honor its quiet mysteries.

  • A New Year, A New Chapter.

From my Heart to YoursHappy New Year.
May your New chapter Be more at Peace with yourself.A New Year, A New Chapter.

And perhaps the missing piece we aresearching foris not something outside of us at all,but the courage to live in deeper honestywith who we truly are.

    ~Luz Adames

As one-year closes and another begins,
I’ve learned that endings do not always arrive loudly.
Sometimes they come as a quiet knowing—
a gentle inner whisper telling us that a season has completed its work.

This past year has rearranged me inways I did not always understand at the time.
    Inner shifts created outer changes.
    Some moments felt like cracks—
    uncomfortable, disorienting, even painful—
    yet necessary.
Because it is through these cracks that clarity enters.

As I step into this new year,
I carry forward what has grounded me
and release what no longer belongs.
I honor the truth that not everyone is meant to walk with me in every season—
not as loss, but as wisdom.
    Growth asks for space.
    Becoming asks for courage.

This new year invites me to chooseclarity over chaos,
    peace over drama,
    presence over the past.
It asks me to update myself—
to release outdated versions, old attachments,
and beliefs that no longer serve who I am becoming.

I welcome this year with gratitude forwhat has ended
and openness for what is beginning.
I trust that my new story cannot be written in yesterday’s language.
    It must be created now—
with awareness, intention, and full presence.

May this year be a season ofalignment.
May it bring clarity where there was confusion,
    gentleness where there was resistance,
and truth where there was hesitation.

Here’s to honoring what has completed,
making room for what is arriving,
    and choosing—again and again—
to become more of who we truly are.

    Endings are notfailures.
They are confirmations that growth is in progress.
What feels like loss is often a quiet invitation to return to ourselves.
And perhaps the missing piece we are searching for
is not something outside of us at all,
but the courage to live in deeper honesty
    with who we truly are

  • The Open Invitation

    Sometimes the Holiday Season
    find us far from home.

Plans change at the last moment.
    Sometimes all a person needs
    is to be invited.
    ~Luz Adames

Sometimes the holiday season finds us far from home.
Sometimes our plans shift or dissolve.
    Sometimes we cannot travel.
    Sometimes work keeps us close.
And sometimes… we simply need a place to spend the holidays —
a place where we can just “Be.”
    No explanations. No expectations.
Just simply a Warmth, a Gentle, Welcoming Presence, and the Simple Knowing that We Matter.

  • The World Anew

“Peace is not Found; Peace is Chosen,
One Conscious Breath at a Time.
For in Each Breath of Awareness,
    The World Begins Anew.” 🕊️🌿

    ~Luz Adames

Perhaps our new world’s motto could be:
“One for All and All for One — for the Greater Good.”
This, to me, is the true definition of Unity, Peace, Harmony, Love, Life, and Light. So let us stop fighting one another
    and Begin dissolving ignorance —
the Shadow that blinds true Love.
For Wrong Beliefs Create Wrong Living,
and Wrong Living serves no One.

  • “A Manifesto for Coexistence”

There is so much we do not know, so many Possibilities Hidden just Beyond our Sight. And yet, at the Heart of it All, the Desire is Simple: ‘We All want to Live. We All want to Survive and Thrive. We All long for Harmony, Living with peace and Dignity.

So let us Open our Hearts to one another.

Let us Build Bridges, not walls.

Let us Extend Empathy, Compassion, Understanding, to Beings we cannot yet fully understand.

Let us Honor the Delicate Balance that Sustains Us.

    ”Harmony is Not Sameness.”

    ‘‘Coexistence is Not Silence.”

  • The Becoming

I See times that feel like Stagnation asProfound Moments of Spiritual Renewal. Like a Seed plantedin the earth, it may disappear for a while, hidden in darkness and seeminglyforgotten. Yet what seems like death is, in truth, a PowerfulTransformation—a Metamorphosis that brings Evolution, Development, and a Beautiful Becoming.
