When was the last time you sat yourself down and took accountability for your actions? Have you noticed your toxic habits? Aren't you tired of your old ways and ready to change for the better? I think it comes to a point where we have to stop self-sabotaging and look within. We as people get in our own way. Start acknowledging the habits you created and learn habits that can benefit you.
