Dear Kids,

Your mother and I would like you to know that it doesn't feel good to say "no". However, every once in awhile it's important for you to hear that you can't get what you want. I'm also sharing a story of a time when I lied to my sweet old grandma. She was younger then and definitely scarier. Remember to be honest, mom and I love you very much.
