Sue Ershler started climbing mountains as a hobby, something to do on her holidays, and ended up becoming, with her husband Phil, the first couple to climb the highest mountains on each of the seven continents, culminating in Mount Everest, and their book, Together on Top of the World.  Her career as an IT sales executive has her speaking  to sales and leadership audiences around the world on the subject of achieving seemingly impossible goals.  Her insights lead to her method, Project - Prepare - Persevere, which can turn a struggling team into winners for the long term.
