IN this episode, we talked about how it feels to live with anxiety. Physically, it can cause restlessness, fatigue, or a racing heart. Mentally, it brings overthinking, "what-ifs," and difficulty concentrating. Emotionally, it creates unease, irritability, and a disconnect from joy. Socially, it may lead to avoidance and excessive worry about others’ opinions. It's exhausting but manageable with therapy, mindfulness, or support systems. As well as what it takes to shift your mindset to eventually overcome it and be able to take risks, which is something important in the world of entrepreneurs.
