Many times the key to success in business is just showing up.  That doesn't mean that "if you build it they will come" is always the case.  But many local businesses struggle with consistency with the days and hours they are open. It's easy to discount this as something that is obvious, but for so many businesses, trial and error with their days and hours of operation will cost them customers.
