Having Confidence


 Adding on from the last video “Young men approaching women” . Having confidence is about self love and self Identity. If you look good you feel good, meaning how you present yourself, the way you talk, how you look , how you think makes you who you are, it shows that confidence. Confidence isn’t something you just have. Confidence is a journey, you build up ego and self esteem. 

Appearance and Hygiene is a key component of being confident. Having good hygiene along with the way you look and what you wear can determine the level of self esteem and ego boost you have to approach a young women or women.

Young Men Approaching Women


Studies from Date Psychology show that 45% of men aged from 18 to 25 have never asked a person out in person. While on the other side studies that show that 74% of women aged from 25 and below have spoken out for a desire of more in-person approaches. This puts a deep divide between male hesitation and female expectations. 

The first approach is worth a lot, it determines if the conversation is going to be long and detailed or short and brief. Having confidence is a big ego booster when approaching women, stay calm and relaxed and also use eye contact.

Social Media has been playing a big role in the lives of individuals making it a harder way to properly approach. The media is a bit more the go to for women when being approached, due to safety reasons of giving out their number.
