Four brothers sit down to have an open and honest discussion about how their respective upbringings shaped who they are. They talk about the ways Baltimore City is being neglected and propose some solutions to the problems of homelessness and the lack of education. They think about what role the city government should strive to play and how Black communities in Baltimore can achieve economic independence and empowerment.
