IN this episode we talked about his journey through his sexual assault and his bipolar disorder. He told us the story of how he got raped and that resulted in him experiencing depressive episodes to then getting wrongfully diagnosed with depression, then getting the right diagnostic. We also talked about the impact of having a healthy social cercle of people that you could talk to when things get out of hand so they could help you get back on your feet. He also talked about his book which is the inspiration for the title.
