Jim and I go way back.  We've met up in several states on several occasions. His mind works a lot different than mine.  He's an intelligent, analytical guy, while most of us (listener of this show any way) are not. 

I remember when I made the switch, mentally, from salesman to a CEO it was not easy.  Hell, who am I kidding? It still isn't easy for me to go through the numbers.  Hell, at this point, I can't even find a CPA to do my damn taxes. But that's a whole other episode.
