If you had to use just three words to describe your January, what would they be? “Long, dark, cold.” “King cake time!” Or maybe “fresh new start?” (More than likely, it was all of the above.)

There’s just something about the start of a new year that has us naturally reflective and motivated. We’ve got a fresh resolve to try new things, eliminate some that haven’t worked, and focus on healthier habits in our lives. Writing in that prayer journal, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, opting for a slightly smaller slice of king cake – making even small changes can have bigger, lasting impacts.

That’s the idea behind LifeSongs’ Be Kind Bingo, too. You never know how a simple act of kindness might brighten someone’s day and have a ripple effect of HOPE in our world. It’s a fun way to make a difference in our community together as we love God and love our neighbors.
