I've been planning this show in my head for a long time, hoping that by sharing peoples real stories it could make a difference to someone.

I made a list of guests I would love to have on the show to tell their stories.

This guest was top of my list, a good friend who over a coffee in Glasgow told me his battle with mental health and I remember just the shock of hearing his story.
