Just World Fallacy - FT#80

In the eightieth episode we explore the Just World Fallacy, starting with Trump blaming black victims of police shootings for resisting arrest and the site of a mass shooting for not having armed security. Then Eric Trump blames women who are sexually harassed for allowing themselves to be subjected to it, and Mo Brooks blames sick people for not living good lives. In Mark's British Politics Corner we look at Sajid Javid implying that people died of Covid weren't brave enough, and Dominic Raab claiming that people only had themselves to blame for being in expensive, inadequately effective mandatory quarantine. In the Fallacy in the Wild section, we check out examples from Bill O'Reilly, Trading Places, and Amanda Platell. Jim and Mark go head to head in Fake News, the game in which Mark has to guess which of three Trump quotes Jim made up. Then we talk about the continuing Arizona audit. And finally, we round up some of the other crazy Trump stories from the past week.
