She explains the racist treatment our nation's Black farmers have been experiencing at the hands of the United States Department of Agriculture. The farmers have been in a decades long battle with USDA and have achieved little relief despite winning two settlements against the government. Thanks to Senator Warnock, Booker and Warren, Biden's American Recovery Plan Act included relief for the farmers. Will they now begin to see some justice ahead?
