On Talk Drive, Kevin O'Sullivan is furious after a Waitrose employee was sacked following an incident with a shoplifter.

Walker Smith had "grabbed" a bag of Easter eggs from the suspected shoplifter and was then dismissed, after working for the company for 17 years.
