God is at work to make all things new.
We look around and see things that are not right. Something within us says, “No, that’s not the way it’s supposed to be!” We believe that in Christ, God is setting the world right. As we follow the Risen Jesus into the world, what does it look like to participate in God’s mission of justice?
May we live as agents of God's new creation: welcoming the stranger, caring for the vulnerable, loving the hurting and broken, proclaiming and demonstrating the Kingdom of God that has come and is yet to come.
God is a God of justice. To understand the redemptive arc of Scripture and our place in it, we must understand who God is and how God shows a special care for the vulnerable. What does it mean that God is a God of justice? What is biblical justice? How does God show special care for the vulnerable?
