After 3 beatings from guards in DC and Warsaw, VA, Ryan Samsel is virtually blind in one eye, has loss use of one arm, and has blots clots. He also has cancerous growths. None of these medical issues are being addressed or properly tended to as he sits now in a jail in Brooklyn, still awaiting trial. Ryan isn’t giving up or backing down. He’s ready for civil litigation.
