Attorney General Bondi, A formal federal criminal complaint, as well as related federal civil complaint, sent to you via email by me this evening, with attachments. The complaints are on behalf of Eve Taylor, co-founder of Intraface Inc. and a publishing executive, who is now permanently disabled, residing at 327 2nd Street, Jersey City, NJ.

This filing details a coordinated pattern of retaliation, building sabotage, frequency assault, and criminal negligence carried out by Jersey City landlord Muhammad Shahid, operative Mohammad Hassan, and protected by inaction from the City of Jersey City, including its Construction Department, Mayor’s Office

, and Prosecutor’s Office

. On or around July 22, 2025, Ms. Taylor received a retaliatory eviction notice placed on her doorstep, directly linked to her posting of federal terror alerts and structural destabilization warnings. These alerts were issued in good faith by me, following a series of vibration pulses, structural shifts, and energy strikes which affected the stability of the building and the safety of its residents. Despite multiple reports spanning more than a year, the Construction Department has refused to stabilize the foundation, and the city has permitted continued building access to Mohammad Hassan, who has been linked to multiple carbon monoxide attacks, attempted arson via boiler rigging, and direct harassment. In late 2024, the thermostat cable to Ms. Taylor’s boiler was deliberately sliced open and tampered with to induce a fire—a documented act of premeditated harm. The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office has closed all intake of civilian complaints, and the Jersey City Municipal Court Chief Judge Ramy Eid refuses to process or investigate felony-level property and life-endangering crimes. These omissions constitute civil rights violations, witness suppression, and deliberate neglect of public safety. Jersey City has further failed to respond to active terror alerts related to destabilization threats near Councilman James Solomon

, Portside Towers, and the surrounding area. A recent dual-building fire near Councilman Solomon’s residence appears consistent with the targeting patterns Ms. Taylor previously reported. On behalf of Ms. Taylor and every civilian currently silenced or endangered by municipal corruption and retaliatory abuse, I request the following: Immediate federal investigation into the individuals and agencies named in the enclosed complaint. Emergency legal protection for Ms. Taylor as a whistleblower, tenant, and publishing executive. Criminal prosecution of Mohammad Hassan, and full inspection of 327 2nd Street and related properties for sabotage, code violations, and advanced weapon use. This is no longer a local issue. Ms. Taylor’s documentation is sound. The risk to her safety is real. And the refusal of city actors to act reveals the deeper system beneath.
