In this episode, I sat down with Justin Allen (@justinallen_13), Certified Master Trainer and founder of All-En Sports Performance, for a powerful conversation about his journey, his training philosophy, and the athletes he’s helped shape.

We learned about how Justin built his name from the ground up, the challenges he faced early in his career, and the work ethic that got him to where he is today. He shared stories about training elite athletes, but also discussed his work with youth athletes, everyday people, and his 7-on-7 team that he coaches and mentors.

Justin opened up about his family, including his brother Dwayne Allen, a former NFL tight end and Super Bowl champion with the Patriots. We also got insight into his friendship with James Harden.
