Justin Crow is the Head of Human Performance at Melbourne Victory Football Club who compete in the top tier of football in Australia (A-League). Justin has over 20 years experience in the world of high performance, beginning as a professional AFL player for the Collingwood FC. After his playing career Justin went on to become a Rehab Physio for Collingwood FC,  Project Lead (AIS) & Senior Manager of High Performance at Paralympics Australia for the lead up and Tokyo 2020 games itself. At the ripe age of 28 he also was met with the challenge of being thrusted into the High Performance Manager role for the Essendon FC (AFL) during one of the most challenging periods in the clubs history. This is an incredible conversation with someone who has been able to not only persevere but thrive in a role that is often met with an abundance of uncertainty, variability and pressure and despite this all, has been able to manage successful teams with a variety of sports, organisations and athletes.
