In this episode, Justin shares how Boxing Bear came to be, as well as where its name originated. Boxing Bear’s high accolades come into the conversation, but we learn the community is who really drives the brewing team. Finally, though there were some technical difficulties where we lost Justin for a few minutes, Brian and Isaac were able to entertain us with a discussion on the concept of “Dry January.” Once Justin returns, we round out the conversation with the expansion of Boxing Bear into a larger production facility.
