Justin Tuffy, a founding member of the Independent and Peaceful Australia Network (IPAN) spoke with the Big Brekky team, following the announcement from the NT Chief Minister Lia Finnochiaro that there are no penalties handed down to US-based company Crowley for the leak at the bulk fuel storage facility in Darwin Harbour. It was revealed that it also been been built without first securing a building permit.
