In this episode, we talk with a mental health nurse Musawo Justine Kigozi who is celebrated in the black and Asian minority ethnic communities (BAME). She shares with us the stigma, challenges and shame in minority communities. She talked of cultural centred care for minority groups especially new parents and touched on preparing kids for the transitional age.
