This is a "Just Janine" episode- no interview, just me and a mic. I haven't done one in a while. I felt compelled to do a "one on one."

In the episode, I list 20 ideas on how to handle yourself with care during your down days. And sprinkled in are ideas on how to prepare for your down days. For anyone going through a tough time (divorcing or just living in a pandemic!) this is for you. Since the seasons are changing and seasonal depression can happen for some people, I think it's an apropos time to slide this episode in the mix.
