K-Pop Demon Slaying, “Trash-World” Bleach, and a Dirty Shirley That Could Kill a Curse!
Welcome back to the Shonen Shojo ShoShow Podcast, where Pino Mack and Pauly aggressively ramble about anime so you don’t have to! A day late, but they made it!
This week, the duo reviews everything from K-Pop Demon Hunters (yes, it’s chaos) to Solo Leveling Season 2 (aka: “What if one man was simply Too Strong?”). Pauly dips into mystery horror with The Summer That Hikaru Died, and introduces Gachakuta—described lovingly as “Bleach, but in a dumpster”—and both spiral emotionally over My Hero Academia and the Chainsaw Man RealD movie.
Meanwhile, “Pino’s Potions” returns with drinks inspired by Dan to Dan characters, including something warm and yummy, and a Dirty Shirley that could probably exorcise a mid-tier demon. Pauly also unleashes his “Pauly’s Pet Peeve”: people trying to invent something having to do with threes? (Whatever it is…Stop it. Don’t do that.)
