3rd Podcast Episode out now! In Kabanata 3 we have Chris Luna, one of the first to train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in the Philipines. He is a Jiu-Jitsu blackbelt who has been training since 1997.

1) The hardships Chris went through growing up under a strict disciplinarian and regimented father who sometimes resorted to harsh methods. His father was also responsible for introducing him to several sports including boxing, shooting and tennis.

3) The story of being a victim of a terrible home invasion which was instigated by someone he trusted. Later on he went into a downward spiral, hitting rock bottom.
