Hello, dear internet friends! This week was one of my favorite weeks here on the podcast because I got to talk with my lovely lady, Kailey, about how our relationships with our bodies have changed throughout the course of our relationship with eachother. There are a million and one things to be said about that, so processing it here was a lot of fun. We talked about what it's like processing trauma in therapy while having a serious partner, not being able to "hide", allowing ourselves to express our needs to each other, Kailey's autoimmune disorder, etc. Oh, and we had a pretty big announcement to make, so don't miss that ;) Enjoy!
