Simon Lim had the pleasure of attending a food tasting at Maetomo Japanese Cuisine Kaiseki & Sushi at Sheraton Towers Hotel in Singapore. Simon met Chef Akihiro Maetomo and tried the fine Japanese food from his menu. The cuisine was delicate, while service was impeccable. Later in the evening, Simon spoke with Chef Maetomo on the phone for Episode 44 of The Sensitive Man Podcast. Listen to this podcast to learn more about the art of Kaiseki.
