Apart of the initial start process of the AFLW Kaitlyn is a current Hawthorn player after previously playing at Brisbane and North Melbourne. We discuss growing up playing a male dominated sport and the boundaries this had on her success to develop as a junior. She is now one of the games most dominant females and is leading the path for young girls to follow in her foot steps.
