Before you run a Kaizen, you set yourself strategic goals, then you power your team and let them do their job. The benefits from running kaizens inside your organisation will vary a lot; usually, you can expect to see a financial gain after it has run. In this case, the team improve one part of the process and for free manage to save €80,000 worth of material at the same time.
