During a Kaizen the team members are told that no idea is a silly idea, this is because sometimes people with outside eyes, coming from outside the process, can see things others closer cannot. In this Kaizen, we will see how a lady from IT sees an opportunity to change a machine over entirely differently from the way it was currently done.
