Kadal Osai FM 90.4 CR's annual career guidance programme "Kalangarai Vilakkam" aims to guide aspiring youth from the fishing community find the right path for their professional career through radio programmes, expert interviews and awareness campaigns.
On the occasion of National Civil Services day (21st April, 2025), Kadal Osai FM 90.4 was blessed with the opportunity to interview the top civil servants currently serving our Ramanathapuram district. District SP Thiru. G. Chandeesh IPS and District Wildlife Warden Dr. R. Murugan IFS share their civil services journey in this programme series to inspire and motivate the aspiring youth of the region to pursue a career in the civil services.
The esteemed officials dispel the self-doubt of aspirants by debunking the common myth that high standard English is a required skill for cracking the civil services exam and that determination and discipline are the defining factors.
