Kale Chips (How to love your veggies.)

Here's a recipe to help you eat tons of kale and actually like it.

- 1 head of kale

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Salt to taste.

Preheat oven to 350F

Cut the stems off the kale then chop kale into chip sized pieces. Mix with olive oil and salt to taste. Spread kale onto a cookie sheet no more than 1" thick. Bake for 15 minutes and then turn the kale and bake for another 15 minutes or unitl the kale is crispy. Pour kale chips into a bowl and enjoy!
