कालिका कालरातिश्च महाकालनितम्बिनी।

कालभैरवभारया च कुलवर्त्मप्रकाशिनी॥ २॥

kālikā kāla-rātiś-ca mahā-kāla-nitambinī |

kāla-bhairava-bhārayā ca kula-vartma-prakāśinī || 2 ||

Kālikā – She who is the remover of darkness

Kāla-rātiś – She who is the dark night

Mahā-kāla-nitambinī – She who sits upon Mahakala

Kāla-Bhairava-bhārayā – She who is the consort of Kala Bhairava

Kula-vartma-prakāśinī – She who illuminates the Kula path
