John Tarleton discusses the City's plans to partially re-open its 1,800 public schools this fall with parent leader Khaliris Salas Ramirez, the chair of the school leadership team at Central Park East 1, which oversees the development of curriculum and monitors how the school's budget is spent. Ramirez is also president of the District 4 Community Education Counsel, representing 23 schools in East Harlem.
