This short “Kalm kids body scan” meditation, is a practice that you can do with kids any time during the day or at bedtime. It will help them to bring attention to their breath, then individual parts of the body in turn, to notice any sensations that may or not be there. It might also help them to settle after a busy day. This meditation is best done lying down.
