Kalyn Fahie is an advocate against domestic violence and the founder of Sisters Acquiring Financial Empowerment, a non-profit organization here in Detroit that equips survivors of domestic violence with the financial tools and resources needed to enable women to leave or recover from abusive relationships. Their free classes cover topics such as Job Seeking, Entrepreneurship, Personal Finance, and Basic Employment Law.
