The prices for Paris’ much loved and hated bike-sharing system Vélib have gone up drastically, with some subscriptions being 38% more expensive than before. Under mayor Anne Hidalgo, Paris is rapidly turning into a real biking city, but do Parisians accept the new price they have to pay for it?
