"Kanban" is a Japanese term that can mean visual board. When applied in the context of Lean practices, Kanban is a visual tool for managing the flow of information or work items. It is flexible enough to be introduced to an existing process, whatever that process may be, and without having the need to replace the process, but it is very compatible with Agile methods.

Step-by-Step Agile Guide
This is a new concept to me and I can't wait to use the principles set fourth in this book. My biggest take away was the board that is used to systemize the To Do's and to get things done quickly and efficiently. I will be looking into a digital board which the book talked about as well for it would be great for my field. Just as anything in life kanban is always in constant refinement
Useful Book
This book has been so greatly helpful in my job. Recommended to me by a kanban instructor.Excellent follow up to my training because it focused on real life cases where kanban was applied. Thin and easy to read. Not a main course entree, but a lovely side dish.
