On this week's podcast we are joined by a returning guest and long time friend to the podcast our Yoruba brother, Luqman. Luqman is an occupational therapist and a very interesting brother to talk hard hitting topics with. He has been a vegan for several years now and eats a 100% plant based diet, and he is very passionate about this practice. He also takes an active interest in the health and wealth of the culture and our people. Luqman joined us to detail how he has been coping as a health worker through this covid and quarantine time.

We discussed Kanye's recent actions and whether or not we feel Ye has shown a pattern of mental health issues, whether he should be cancelled, as well as Terry Crews. We wrapped the episode with Luqman's opinions on the pandemic as a health worker and someone who prioritizes proactive and holistic health as a vegan. ENJOY!
