In this episode, I’m joined by Angela Blank, whose journey from the corporate world at Sony PlayStation to running her own yoga studio in Zurich, Switzerland, is a beautiful example of what can happen when we trust ourselves enough to take a different path.

Angela shares her journey from discovering yoga in Brazil to navigating chronic pain, an existential crisis and the transition into entrepreneurship. We explore how yoga can help us reconnect with our bodies, find our centre and listen more deeply to what we need.

What if your intuition has always known the way home?

In the first episode of Kara Intuitive, Kara shares her personal journey of learning to trust her intuition and reconnect with her authentic self.

 From growing up in the remote landscape of Dampier, Western Australia, to becoming an architect in London and working on major international projects, Kara's path appeared to follow a conventional definition of success. But beneath thesurface, something was calling her home.

She shares how an unexplainable inner knowing eventually led her to leave London and return to Australia.  This experience became part of a much bigger journey through grief, psychic development, mediumship and land healing, revealing how the seemingly disconnected chapters of her life were actually pieces of the same puzzle.

In this episode, Kara explores what intuition is, why we can become disconnected from it, and what becomes possible when we learn to trust our own inner knowing.
