In episode #088, Kara shares her personal story of loss. After her miscarriage, Kara felt alone and without answers. This desire for connection and information put her on the journey toward founding her nonprofit organization, Our Hearts Align. Kara is a certified pregnancy health coach as well as a certified pregnancy loss training educator, and she runs support groups for women who have experienced miscarriage. Our Hearts Align provides care packages for women and families who have experienced pregnancy and infant loss, as well as training and support in coping with loss.
