We begin today's Podcast with getting an update on what Kara has been doing as of late and into the future! We begin by talking about her lifting competitions in both the British and Europeans Championships and where Kara placed in both and the numbers she racked up in these two meets. We also talk about her qualifying for the Stones of Strength competition coming up very fast. Something that was a complete surprise to me is that Kara is now learning the art of Professional Wrestling! Kara just excels at getting better!

With all of this positive news and new endeavors, Kara is taking on what better time then to Tell the Kids that there is plenty of opportunities out there and you should never lose sight of that! We have too many lose mental cannons telling these young sponge-like minds that the world is coming to an end and living is a hopeless cause. I see it in a whole different way. Kids especially need to be taught to ignore the outside world as much as possible and build their life from within out. The question I'm presented on this topic is how?

How is very important but the where is even more important? The where is the Gym. Every Kid no matter what should be learning the Power of Physical Culture from somebody. I believe lifters like Kara and I are just aching to teach this marvelous way of life to any young man or woman.  

We'll leave you with a few points to really think about. Where do you want to end up? How do you see your future? Do you wake up with a big smile on your face and give Gratitude just to be alive?
