This week we begin a 3 part discussion with Karan Ferrell-Rhodes about leadership in the current organisational environment. Karan is an organisational strategist who is, in her own words, obsessed with up-leveling leadership capability and optimizing workforces to do their best work.

This introductory session looks at the relevance/value of HR specific sections in the workplace as well as how her business, Shockingly Different Leadership, begins the journey with an organisation to implement leadership strategies. (The next two sessions are longer than our usual podcast length so we thought this introductory session would be useful up front).
