The guys behind the popular beer - Fantasy Factory - and more at Karben4 Brewery are joined by Chris Riphenburg, brewmaster at Topsy Turvy Brewery in Lake Geneva, WI. Chris was the OG head brewer at the former Ale Asylum (RIP). 

Joe and Chris worked together at Ale Asylum and reminisce about the original location which is where Karben4 is now, as well as the transition to the new location.

Chris calls Joe a 'savant' as he nerds out on water profiles and his fancy shmancy spreadsheet. 

Ryan learns the true origins of some of the brewing equipment in the Karben4 brewhouse.
