What does it take to produce a podcast, and what does it have to do with personal growth?
Today we are speaking about what goes into producing a podcast, what the journey looked like that brought Vera and me here to episode 18, and also how much we needed to grow when we started to collaborate. We speak about hurdles, like computers suddenly not liking microphones, and that “assuming” is never a good thing!
It’s all about communication, growth, sharing knowledge, letting go, and finding together, and building an amazing collaboration.
And we finally reveal who Kardamom and who Chili is in this episode!
Tune in to an interesting episode about our baby, and how much it has enabled, and also challenged us, in our growth as single persons and as a team.

Coaching and Branding
There are many reasons why we business owners are trying to go by without help. There can be the feeling of having to be in control, perceived lack of money, pride, or our upbringing that haunts us.
Acknowledging needing help, admitting to yourself that you need it, and then asking for it, can be extremely difficult.
The consequence of this is, that when you are trying to do it all by yourself, the progress is much slower that you make (if any at all), and you lack the professional insight from the people you are trying to imitate, or the outside insight from someone in the same industry.
There's a reason why coaches have and really need coaches! Why a brand specialist works with another brand specialist on their own brand. Why a hairdresser goes to another hairdresser.
So, how much more could YOU achieve when you'd ask for help?
Listen to this week's episode of Kardamom & Chili - Unleash your magic! to get thoughtful and thought-provoking insights on this topic from yours truly Heike and Vera.
Join us - yours truly Heike and Vera - in today's episode where it's all about choices.
We often say that we do not have a choice. But is that really true?
No matter what we do, there's always a choice - or several - that we can pick from. Choices are not necessarily great, but we always have the control to pick the lesser evil - or the greater good.
This episode for sure is a more thoughtful one, but it does not lack the usual fun that we have, and the value that we want to give to you.
So make yourself a cuppa, choose to listen, and then choose to give us some love by liking and subscribing.
This week will be a blast for you, we promise, and don't worry, we are not talking about the swearing-language, but how we communicate with each other, what our maps of the worlds are, how we try to make ourselves clear, and how important it is to have an external set of eyes (or rather ears) in our lives.
AND most importantly, we explain why we called our podcast Kardamom & Chili!
It was about time, right? 🤣
So, after having listened, let us know who you think is what - we are SO curious to see your take on us!

At the end of the day, it doesn't matter what you SHOULD do, but what you WANT to do, and what brings you happiness. Way to often we let ourselves go against our purpose and manoeuvre ourselves into unhappiness and a treadmill we start to despise very soon.
What is your mission? What is your passion? What is the best version of yourself?
Vera spills the beans today about what her secret is, and how much she follows her passion and what that actually enables her to do, and how she finds back to happiness in a period of Meh.
Listen in today's episode, full of wonderful, permission giving wisdom and as usual: A pinch of quirkiness.

Vera has put me on the spot, and that very unexpectedly too, so this episode has been recorded with a very uncomfortable, facing the fear, Heike (me).
Discover my special magic, and gain a deeper understanding of what's behind the combination of coaching and NLP with branding mentoring, and how it helps so many people to unleash their power and magic with their business, brand, and life itself!
Our mindset comes first, then we make the brand work. It's quite logical, isn't it?
So come and join us today with your favourite beverage, and relax into our episode 12 of Kardamom & Chili - Unleash your magic!

Following last weeks episode about the ideal supplier, we thought we talk about what we expect as clients from our suppliers - and how much do we deliver to our clients of that?
Discover our preferences (or dislikes) how we are treated by suppliers, and what we would love to see, from client-repelling automations to the respect of being treated like an adult.
A very interesting topic, that I am sure you will find yourself nodding along here and there!
