Karel Sabbe is a Belgian dentist who recently ran the fastest known time along the Pacific Crest Trail.
The Pacific Crest Trail is a long distance path running from Mexico to Canada, following a mountain chain running all the way to Alaska.
Averaging a little over 80km per day, Karel completed this epic feat in 52 days, 8 hours and 25 minutes.
In this interview Karel talks about his experiences along the PCT and how tough it really was.
